Set

The MoxaMoxa Heated Bian Stone Cupping Machine by Aiyisheng is a modern, smokeless electric cupping device with Bian stone heat-conducting cups — bringing centuries-old TCM cupping therapy into a clean, controlled, painless home format. No fire, no oil, no awkward suction guesswork: just place the cups, set the heat and suction level, and let the machine do the work.

Traditional cupping (拔罐) is a classical TCM technique for dispersing stagnation in the muscles and meridians, drawing out cold pathogens, and accelerating recovery from chronic neck, shoulder, lower-back, and limb aches. The Bian stone cups add the trace minerals, far-infrared, and ultrasound benefits of authentic Bian stone — making the cupping warmer, gentler, and deeper than glass or silicone cups.

SGD 316 for the cupping machine (cups sold separately at SGD 29 per set). Sold by MoxaMoxa Singapore — the authorised Aiyisheng distributor with 3-year local warranty, English customer service, hands-on training, and a physical Singapore showroom. WhatsApp +65 8961 9905.

FAQs

What is the Heated Bian Stone Cupping Machine and how does it work?

A modern electric cupping device with Bian stone cups that combine traditional TCM cupping suction with gentle heat. No fire, no oil, no flame — just placement, adjustable suction, and adjustable heat. Designed for at-home cupping therapy on the back, shoulders, neck, lower back, and limbs. SGD 316 for the machine; SGD 29 for replacement cup sets. Made by Aiyisheng, sold by MoxaMoxa Singapore.

What is the best electric cupping machine to buy in Singapore?

The MoxaMoxa Heated Bian Stone Cupping Machine is the most credentialed at-home TCM cupping device in Singapore — Bian stone cups (not silicone or plastic), heat plus suction in one, with English customer service and a 3-year local warranty. Comparable to clinic-grade cupping in a safer, smokeless format. SGD 316.

Who is the Cupping Machine best for?

  • Office workers with chronic neck, shoulder, or lower-back tension.
  • Athletes and runners for muscle recovery after training.
  • People prone to common cold, sinus issues, or wind-cold sensitivity — back cupping is the classical TCM remedy.
  • TCM enthusiasts who want clinic-grade cupping at home without the fire and oil.
  • Anyone curious about cupping but nervous about traditional fire cupping at a clinic.

How is heated electric cupping different from traditional fire cupping?

  • No fire or flame — safe for HDB flats, no risk of burns from glass cups.
  • Adjustable suction — control the intensity precisely. Fire cupping is one-size-fits-all.
  • Heat included — Bian stone cups warm the meridians while suction works.
  • Hands-free placement — easier to apply solo.
  • Less bruising risk — controlled suction prevents over-tight placement.

Many MoxaMoxa customers in Singapore switched from clinic fire cupping to this home device for daily/weekly use, then visit the clinic only occasionally.

What does cupping help with?

  • Chronic muscle tension — neck, shoulders, lower back.
  • Wind-cold "frozen" feeling in the back, common in aircon environments.
  • Post-exercise recovery — accelerates lactic acid clearance.
  • Stress-related body tightness.
  • Some respiratory complaints — upper-back cupping is traditional for cough, asthma support.

How long should I cup and how often?

5–15 minutes per session, 1–2 times a week. Don't cup the same spot daily — give cupping marks (light circular bruising) 3–5 days to clear before re-cupping. Start with the lowest suction and heat for first sessions. Apply oil or moisturiser to the skin first for easier placement and easier release.

Are the cupping marks normal? Do they hurt?

Circular dark marks (淤血) after cupping are normal — they're not bruises, they're "blood stagnation" being drawn to the surface where it can clear. They fade in 3–7 days. Cupping should NOT be painful during the session — if you feel sharp pain, reduce suction. The first sensation is a strong pulling/tightness, then deep relaxation.

How is the authentic Aiyisheng Cupping Machine different from cheaper alternatives on Taobao or Lazada?

  • High counterfeit risk. Many cheaper "Bian stone cups" use plastic with grey paint, no actual Bian stone benefits. Many electric cupping machines have weak suction or unreliable heat.
  • Inconsistent suction control in cheaper units. Can cause excessive bruising or fail to suction at all.
  • No real local support. The MoxaMoxa version comes with a 3-year local warranty, an English-speaking Singapore customer service team, hands-on training on safe cupping technique, and a physical Singapore showroom. WhatsApp +65 8961 9905.

How do I clean and maintain it?

Wipe the cup interiors and exteriors with a soft, lightly damp cloth after each session. Do not submerge the machine motor. Cups can be rinsed with warm water and mild soap if oil residue accumulates. Air dry fully. Store cups separately from the machine to prevent damage.

Taboos

Cupping is more intense than guasha — please read these carefully.

Do NOT use the Cupping Machine if you are:

  • Pregnant — body cupping (especially abdomen and lower back) is strictly contraindicated.
  • Diagnosed with bleeding disorders, on high-dose blood thinners, or with severe anaemia. Cupping can cause subdermal bleeding.
  • Recovering from recent surgery within 6–8 weeks at the application area.
  • Running a fever or with acute infection.
  • Suffering from open wounds, severe eczema, psoriasis flare, severe acne, or sunburn at the application area.
  • Fitted with a pacemaker, defibrillator, or other electronic implant in the application area.
  • Diagnosed with severe varicose veins, deep vein thrombosis, or peripheral vascular disease.
  • Within 1 month postpartum — wait for obstetrician clearance.
  • A child under 12, unsupervised.

Use with caution if you are:

  • Menstruating — avoid abdominal cupping; back cupping is generally fine on lowest suction.
  • Elderly with thin skin — lowest suction, shorter sessions (5–10 min).
  • New to cupping — start with 5 minutes at lowest suction.
  • Diabetic with reduced skin sensation.

General cupping taboos:

  • Don't cup on the same spot until previous marks fully clear (3–7 days).
  • Don't shower in cold water within 2 hours of cupping. Pores are wide open.
  • Don't cup right after a heavy meal or strenuous exercise. Wait 30 minutes.
  • Avoid bony areas, joints, and over major blood vessels.
  • Stop immediately if you feel dizzy, nauseous, or experience sharp pain.
