Return / Warranty Policy

General Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, do let us know within 30 days from the date of purchase or date of delivery for online purchases and we will work with you to make it right. All items must be returned in “as new” condition.
Warranty Coverage
Three-year free warranty will be provided.
First year, if any breakdowns of the device that needs to be repaired, we will pay for the freight. After two years, it will have to be borne by buyers. However, spare parts and artificial maintenance will also be provided.

We will need you to show proof of your warranty card or purchase credentials  when the device needs to be repaired.

Free warranty is only limited to spare parts from the manufacturer, e.g products
with factory serial No.

Any random gifts or promotional items are not within warranty coverage. Please
refer to the additional description of corresponding products to learn
more about warranty service.

Non-Warranty Coverage

• Includes customers who are unable to provide the warranty card or other proof materials.
• Using of components that are not manufactured or sold by our company.
• Breakdowns caused by disassemble or repairing without our company's authorisation in written forms.
• Damage caused by earthquake, flood, fire, thunder or other natural disasters.
• Breakdowns caused by water penetration, erosion, moisture etc. when using.
• Damage caused by improper handling by customers.
• Random gifts and all consumable products and promotional items.
• Damage caused by other type of human factors.
