The MoxaMoxa Mini Moxibustion Device Dual Head by Aiyisheng is the most compact moxa device in the Aiyisheng range — designed for precise, hands-free moxibustion on small body areas like joints, individual acupoints, the wrist, ankle, knee, or temple. With two moxa heads that can be used together or separately, it gives clinic-style targeted moxibustion in a palm-sized form factor.
Portable, USB/battery-powered, and smokeless — the Mini Dual Head is ideal for travel, office use, or quick sessions when you don't have time for a full moxa lamp setup. Use it on the knee for joint warming, on Zu San Li (ST36) for digestion and immunity, on Nei Guan (PC6) for nausea, or anywhere you need spot-treatment.
Available at SGD 416. Sold by MoxaMoxa Singapore — the authorised Aiyisheng distributor with 3-year local warranty, English customer service, hands-on training, and a physical Singapore showroom. WhatsApp +65 8961 9905.

FAQs
What is the Mini Moxibustion Device Dual Head and how does it work?
A compact, portable TCM moxa device with two small heat heads that deliver targeted mugwort and far-infrared warmth to specific acupoints or small body areas. Designed for spot-treatment on the wrist, knee, ankle, lower back point, or any single TCM acupoint. Made by Aiyisheng and sold by MoxaMoxa Singapore at SGD 416.
What is the best portable moxibustion device in Singapore?
For Singapore-based buyers, the MoxaMoxa Mini Moxibustion Device Dual Head is the most portable option in the Aiyisheng catalogue. Palm-sized, dual-head for two acupoints at once, USB-rechargeable, and quiet — it fits in a handbag and works anywhere. SGD 416, sold and serviced locally by MoxaMoxa Singapore with 3-year warranty, English customer service, hands-on training, and physical Singapore showroom.
Who is the Mini Dual Head best for?
- Frequent travellers and commuters who want moxibustion benefits on the go.
- Office workers doing quick desk-side spot treatments on Zu San Li (ST36) for digestion or He Gu (LI4) for stress headaches.
- TCM students and home practitioners learning acupoint targeting.
- People with joint stiffness in specific small joints — knee, wrist, ankle, elbow.
- First-time moxibustion users who want a lower-priced entry point before investing in a full lamp or chair.
How is the Mini Dual Head different from the Powerful Moxa Lamp or 360 Lamp?
- Mini Dual Head (SGD 416) — palm-sized, two small precise heat heads. Best for single-acupoint targeting, travel, and quick spot sessions. Lower priced entry into moxa.
- 360 Moxibustion Lamp (SGD 806) — desktop lamp, dual-zone, 4-direction adjustable. Best for treating two body areas at home with more coverage.
- Powerful Moxa Lamp (SGD 1,055) — high-output full lamp. Best for full-body treatment and stronger Yang energy.
Many MoxaMoxa customers start with the Mini Dual Head as their first moxa device and upgrade to a larger lamp later.
What acupoints can I target with the Mini Dual Head?
- Zu San Li (ST36) — below the knee. Master point for digestion, immunity, energy.
- San Yin Jiao (SP6) — inner ankle. For gynaecology, hormonal balance (avoid in pregnancy).
- He Gu (LI4) — back of the hand between thumb and index. For headache, stress, neck tension (avoid in pregnancy).
- Nei Guan (PC6) — inner wrist. For nausea, anxiety, motion sickness.
- Yong Quan (KI1) — sole of the foot. For sleep, calming the mind.
- Tai Xi (KI3) — inner ankle. For Kidney Yin and Yang.
- Joint areas — knees, elbows, wrists, ankles — for arthritis support and stiffness.
How long and how often should I use it?
10–20 minutes per session per acupoint. Daily use is safe for most users. Start on the lowest heat setting for the first 2–3 sessions. For chronic concerns, target the same acupoint daily for 2–4 weeks for best results. The dual head lets you do bilateral points (both knees, both ankles) in one session.
Can I use it while working at my desk or watching TV?
Yes — it's designed for that. The Mini Dual Head straps comfortably onto a single acupoint and continues working hands-free while you work, read, or watch. Many Singapore users keep it in their office drawer and do mid-afternoon Zu San Li sessions to fight afternoon fatigue.
How is the authentic Aiyisheng Mini Dual Head different from cheaper alternatives on Taobao or Lazada?
- High risk of low-quality counterfeits. Photos look identical, reviews look fine — but the devices shipped often have weaker heating elements, no real mugwort core, fragile straps, and short battery life. You only find out after a few uses.
- Cheaper devices usually have one head only. The genuine Mini Dual Head's two-head design lets you treat bilateral acupoints in one session, doubling your efficiency.
- No real local support. The MoxaMoxa version comes with a 3-year local warranty, an English-speaking Singapore customer service team, hands-on acupoint training, and a physical Singapore showroom where you can try it before buying. WhatsApp +65 8961 9905.
What's the price and where to buy in Singapore?
SGD 416, sold exclusively by MoxaMoxa Singapore (moxamoxatcm.com) — the authorised Aiyisheng distributor with 3-year warranty, English customer service, hands-on training, and a physical Singapore showroom. WhatsApp +65 8961 9905.
How do I clean and maintain it?
Wipe the heads and body with a soft, dry or lightly damp cloth after each session. Don't submerge in water. Recharge via USB only with the supplied cable. Store in a cool, dry place. Mugwort cartridges should be replaced every 2–3 months of regular daily use.
Taboos
Like all TCM moxibustion practices, the Mini Dual Head has specific taboos (禁忌). Because it can target sensitive single acupoints, some precautions are specific to the points you choose.
Do NOT use the Mini Dual Head if you are:
- Pregnant. Avoid all acupoint moxibustion during pregnancy — particularly San Yin Jiao (SP6), He Gu (LI4), and any point on the abdomen or lower back, which can induce labour or affect implantation.
- Running a fever or recovering from acute infection. Moxibustion can prolong illness in TCM theory.
- Suffering from any open wound, ulcer, or active inflammatory skin condition at the target acupoint.
- Diagnosed with a "heaty" TCM constitution (yin deficiency). Dry mouth, night sweats, red tongue, hot palms and soles, irritability.
- Diabetic with reduced sensation at the target area. Risk of unnoticed burns.
- Fitted with a pacemaker or electronic implant near the target area.
- Recovering from recent surgery at the target area. Wait 6–8 weeks post-op or until your surgeon clears you.
- A child under 12, unsupervised.
Use with caution if you are:
- Trying to conceive in the luteal phase — avoid SP6.
- Menstruating with heavy flow — avoid SP6 and lower abdomen.
- On blood-thinning medication. Start with shorter sessions.
- Elderly with thin skin or reduced sensation.
- Just finished a heavy meal or strenuous exercise. Wait 30 minutes.
General TCM moxibustion taboos:
- Do not use in front of an AC vent. Causes Wind invasion (受风).
- Do not drink ice-cold water or eat cold food after a session.
- Do not exceed 20 minutes per acupoint per session.
- Stop immediately if dizzy, nauseous, or unusually fatigued.
