头晕恶心?中医居家调理法

In TCM, dizziness and nausea are often linked to Qi stagnation, wind-heat rising, or stomach Qi rebelling upward. Before reaching for medication, try these simple acupoint techniques you can do anywhere — no tools needed.

中医认为,头晕恶心多与气滞、风热上扰或胃气上逆有关。以下穴位可随时随地自行按压,简单有效。

穴位 1 Neiguan (内关) — PC6

📍 Location: Inner wrist, 3 finger-widths above the wrist crease, between the two tendons.

👆 How: Press firmly with your thumb and hold for 1–2 minutes. Breathe slowly.

Good for: Nausea, motion sickness, anxiety, vomiting

位置:手腕内侧,腕横纹上3横指,两筋之间。拇指按压1-2分钟,可缓解恶心、晕车、焦虑。

穴位 2 Fengchi (风池) — GB20

📍 Location: Base of the skull, in the two hollows on either side of the neck muscles.

👆 How: Use both thumbs, press inward and upward. Circular motion for 1–2 minutes.

Good for: Dizziness, headache, stiff neck, wind-cold invasion

位置:后颈,枕骨下方两侧凹陷处。双拇指向内向上按压,画圈1-2分钟,可缓解头晕、头痛、颈僵。

💡 Pro Tip Pair with Gua Sha

Doing Gua Sha on the neck and upper back after pressing Fengchi amplifies the relief — it clears wind-heat blockage and improves circulation to the head.

在按压风池后,对颈部和上背部进行刮痧,效果加倍。有助于疏散风热、改善头部血液循环。

⚠️ When to See a TCM Practitioner

  • Dizziness that lasts more than 2 days
  • Recurring nausea with no clear cause
  • Accompanied by chest tightness or blurred vision
  • You feel your body constitution may be imbalanced

如症状持续超过2天、反复发作,或伴随胸闷、视力模糊,建议尽快就诊中医师。
